The Fiat 621 truck entered service in 1929 and was used by the Italian Army both prior to and during WWII. The design was also licensed to Poland and produced from 1935 to 1939 as the Polski Fiat 621L and 621R.

The 621L was modified by strengthening the chassis and extending the wheelbase. The fuel tank capacity was increased to give it greater range. The 621L spawned a number of variants including sanitation, fire engine, a command car, a field workshop, and a fuel tanker version as well as the standard general service truck. Some 621L were also fitted with anti aircraft guns 75mm wz.14 for air defence. The 621R version was used as a bus.

Of the 13,000 chassis around 9,400 were 621L and the rest were 621R. 

This is a fast assembly kit designed for wargaming. It comprises chassis, suspension, axles, wheels, fenders, some cab interior parts, fuel tank, 5 parts for the flatbed of the truck plus a canopy, cab, cab roof and front bumper.
