1. Are these real genuine authentic Tempur-Pedic mattresses?
YES, they are genuine. I have been selling Authentic Tempur-Pedic mattresses for over 14 years.
I do not and will not ever sell fake Tempur-Pedic mattresses.
2. Do they come with a Manufactures Warranty?
NO, it will not come with a warranty. No Tempurpedic mattress sold on eBay will come with a Tempurpedic Warranty no matter what the seller says. The only way to get the warranty is to pay Full price at a Retail Store. Do note that nothing really goes wrong with Tempurpedic mattresses as is made from high quality foam. If you buy an adjustable base then you need a warranty with the base because it has motors, gears, and moving parts.
3. How will it ship?
It will be shipped by freight in a custom box that is 3 times stronger than the manufactures box. This is to ensure it can withstand rough handling and extreme shipping conditions.
4. Will I ship outside the U.S.A. to another country?
YES. Because of the size and weight of the box shipping fees vary greatly. Please message me for details.
5. How can I sell them far below market price?
I buy Tempurpedic mattresses several ways in which I'm not under the same stipulations as a retail store:
1. If a mattress store goes out of business I will buy all of the inventory including New in the Box, New in plastic, Floor Models, and even used ones. I will list the exact condition in the eBay listing.
2. I work with over a dozen different wholesalers and I'm able to get special pricing not open to the public.
3. I buy large truck loads under special contracts direct with Tempurpedic.
6. What to do after the sale is complete.
Most people move into a new home when buying a mattress and forget to update their information into eBay. Once purchased I will need to confirm your phone number and correct shipping address. The shippers will call you from the number you provided to schedule a good delivery date and time.
