Dashboard is in like NEW condition, no crack front vent(common issue), no scratches on the dash, no frame damages.

An item has been removed from a car and has been previously used. All items have been inspected or tested. 

The item may have some sign of cosmetic wear, its condition and issues are stated and explained in the description section.

 

Parts condition categories:

1. Condition A* and A: Used high quality part that barely have any surface damages and no malfunctions.

2. Condition B: Item works but may have surface damage, bad age-related marks and does not look new.

3. Condition C: Item either working, untested or not working that may require some repair or refurbishment to be able to use properly or safely.

 

Customer’s responsibility:

Customers should check the pictures and part numbers before they purchase the item to avoid mistaken orders.

If the customer purchases the item by mistake and requests a refund; there will be a 10% of the item value charge.

Returns:

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced, or money refunded. All items will have marks on each bolt hole or mount, we will not process the payment if the item does not contain our genuine marker/tag; if the buyer installed the item, then start a return, we will not give the buyer a full refund, the refund will be reasonable and based on its condition.

 

Postage and shipping 

The postage cost and information shown on our listings is for UK Mainland only (England, Wales, and Scotland mainland only). Please send us a message if you are not based in the UK mainland, you may need to pay an extra the amount for delivery, sometimes the delivery charge may be the same. We will not post any item outside of this range before the customer pay towards its extra shipping costs. We normally use Yodel, EVRI, Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce delivery services, it depends on the item’s weight and volume. **Fast delivery: usually 2-3days. **Regular delivery: usually 3-7days. **
