Beautifully worn Antique Oriental Caucasian Rug. c1900-1910 possibly older - Most likely Armenian.

Measures approx 6.7 X 3.10 ft.

100% Hand made 100% Wool

Outstanding geometric designs and colors.  Very very thin and floppy with low even pile throughout. Pile is still somewhat full. Wear is mostly in the middle area. Although worn and distressed, it is considered to be in good condition for its age. I was told by a Persian Rug Dealer that it is Armenian based on dyes and is definitely c1900-10 but could be slightly older. NO holes, NO stains. Selvages are in original condition some minor loose threads. Heads on both sides are original and will eventually need to be secured some small portion of border missing as seen.  last 6-7 pics show to extent of wear and middle area is not very noticeable but has wear as as well as mentioned. Use mag glass if needed. Made to last another 100 years.
