Original Art Drawing (black and color pencil on paper) Signed by Smalley.  Depicts a pitiful puppy dog with big sad eyes, under a fence.  Brief online research found an artist named Janet Livingston Smalley (1893-1965) who was known for illustrating childrens' books and magazines but not certain if same artist.   Artwork is on paper which is about 11" x 13-3/4".  Condition: soiling, surface scuffs, edge wear.  Please see photos for additional condition review.  Questions welcome!
