This item is a 5 cent postage stamp from French Madagascar, issued between 1930-1944. It features the image of a HOVA tribeman & Oxen in green and red colors. This vintage stamp is in mint, never hinged condition.

The stamp is ungraded and uncertified, but it is a great addition for collectors interested in cultures and ethnicities. The stamp was manufactured in France and put into usage in Madagascar during the time period 1930 to early 1940's.
