1811 Antique Hand Written Land Deed Document, William Boughner & Sarah his wife to Nicholas Eggbird, 306 Acres, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. Buffalo and West Buffalo Township. Entirely handwritten, fine penmanship, on laid paper which is about 21-1/2" x 17-1/2".
