The glass has no fungus, no internal dust, but the front lens element does have some teeny-tiny scratches and flea-bites that shouldn’t affect performance. The front element is really quite nice, I'm just trying to temper expectations of perfection.The body of the lens is near immaculate, maybe some dust showing. Includes a Prima 1A lens filter, both lens caps and Nikon HB-26 lens hood.I would continue to use this, but I acquired a Nikon 55-300mm VR lens that I prefer now as I don't hand hold as well as I did 50 years ago.

Nikon FX/DX cameras that have an internal focus motor, sometimes referred to as
“screw-drive,” for its autofocus function. It will not autofocus with D40, D50,
D60, D3xxx model series or D5xxx model series Nikon cameras. It will focus
manually for these models.
