Used, but still in good working order, this white iMac 20" is for sale.
Got it from Apple as a refurb back in the day and myself as the singular owner since; it has been a faithful machine and would be a good low-cost starter computer for a youngster.
19.03.24 update...I have managed to find my original receipt with the spec sheet from Apple's refurb store from 2006! See last photo.
Intel Core Duo 2GHz processor.
500GB HDD hard drive.
1GB (2x 512MB DDR2 SDRAM; there was 512 on the spec and I had another 512 added).
**07.05.24 update. I see a few people are watching this item. If you are genuinely interested but you maybe don't have transport to the Bodmin area but are not too far away please get in touch and I MAY be able to deliver for additional fuel costs @20ppm**
*15.03.24 update* I have keyboards and mice, one set is Apple as per photo (USB wired connections) others are wireless but branded other. I'm happy to give the buyer a choice (I have another Mac for sale so whichever sells first that buyer will have the greatest choice).
Apple remote included...03.03.24 I've just put a fresh battery in this and it appears to control the selections and volume in Music on another Mac just fine.
OS Install discs included...
The disk drive works fine - I have erased the drive with Disk Utility and carried out a fresh install of OSX 10.4 Tiger.
Googling "What is the latest OSX I can install on an Intel Core Duo A1174 iMac?" tells me you can install a later OS up to the latest version of 10.6 (Snow Leopard).
Only a couple of dead pixels on screen. Minor sticky tape mark by the logo has now been removed.
I don't have the box - discarded since moving house, so collection only please.
