All items are delivered free of charge within England, Wales, and Scotland (excluding the postcodes listed in the "Suspended Delivery" section). We do not deliver to offshore locations, including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.

Delivery Time
All our products are delivered to your home within 5 - 10 working days.
Delivery Time Slot
Our delivery service operates between 7am and 8pm, seven days a week. Once your delivery date is confirmed, it is essential that you are available during these hours. The courier will contact you on the day, approximately 30-45 minutes before arrival. Please note that while we cannot guarantee the pre-call, we strongly advise customers to make necessary arrangements to ensure the property is occupied at all times on the day of delivery.
Delivery Date
Your delivery date will be sent to the contact number provided during checkout. The products will be delivered by a one-man delivery company. This means that the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. In the event of a missed delivery attempt, a charge of £60 will be incurred for re delivery.
