This listing is for a vintage tin toy truck made in Japan. It comes in
the original box, which reads, "HEAVY DUTY VAN TRUCK - POWERED BY
FRICTION DRIVE MOTOR...IT'S CRAGSTAN FOR TOYS...JAPAN." The truck
measures 9 & 1/4 inches long. The trailer is 2 & 3/4
inches wide. I would say the TRUCK is in FINE condition, or about an 8 on a scale of 10. The biggest flaw is that IT IS MISSING ONE REAR
HUBCAP. (See close-up with pencil point.) There is a small discolored
spot on the roof of the trailer. I'm not sure WHAT it is. (It looks more
like dried glue than rust.) Otherwise it is pretty nice, with some
scattered scratches and pant nicks. The BOX condition is probably POOR
to FAIR. It has CLEAR TAPE REPAIR ON THE LID. Most of the repair is from
the UNDERSIDE of the box top, but a couple of small repairs are on the
exterior, around one corner. Plenty of pictures above to grade the condition for yourself.
Box and truck are both guaranteed to be old & original, or your
money back.
