Hair is very soft, no cuts, no frizz. Outfit and shoes are nice no damage or tears. Pony has a brushable tail, eyes and cutie mark are good. Face on doll is good too, no rubs or smudges. Plastic accessory pieces aren't broken or damaged. Card has a small bend.
