Bulgarian folk medicine, as well as folk medicine in a number of European countries, suggest the use of extracts from the plant as a means of stimulating diuresis, and also as a means of removing painful spasms of the smooth muscles (mainly of the alimentary canal).
The most common indication for the application of the rash is edemas developing in kidney diseases and also in ascites. Hairy rupturewort extract is also recommended for dyskinesias of the bile ducts, for nephrolithiasis (for easier expulsion of sand and small stones). In conditions of irritable bowel syndrome, the application of extracts from the drug also has a good effect.
Externally, it is used to accelerate the healing of hard-to-heal wounds, skin rashes, dry skin and recurring lichens. For this purpose, the use of the fresh plant is recommended.

Action and application of Effervescent

Diuretic /diuretic/ and smooth muscle spasm soothing agent. It is most often used for inflammation and sand or stones in the kidneys and bladder and less often for edema.
How to use hairy rupturewort

Infusion: 3 teaspoons of the herb are infused with 500 ml of boiling water. After 15 minutes, the infusion is filtered and drunk in 3-4 portions for 1 day.
