Precautions for non neutral versions
1. No neutral switch can operate between 100-240V, and the voltage printed on the device is incorrect. 2. Each neutral switch is equipped with a capacitor. If the light flashes, connect the capacitor to either light. 3. For non neutral switches, the lamp should be above 10W. For most lamps above 10W, capacitors are not necessary.
What is the device type, repeater or terminal device?
No neutral version: Terminal devices cannot transfer data to other Zigbee devices.
Neutral version: Repeater/router, which can transmit data to other devices and expand the Zigbee network.
Pay attention to Zigbee hub compatibility
1. Graffiti Zigbee Hub: 1/2/3 groups are all compatible and working well.
2. Sonoff ZBBridge: 1 channel compatible, 2/3 channels incompatible (when one channel is opened/closed in the eWeLink App, all channels will be opened/closed)
3. Sonoff ZBBridge PRO: 1/2/3 groups are not compatible with 4. Smartthings Hub: 1 channel compatible, 2/3 channels incompatible (when one channel is opened/closed in the Smartthings application, all channels will be opened/closed)
If you do not use the graffiti zigbee Hub, please purchase only 1, not 2/3. Alternatively, you may need to bear the risk of not being able to function properly------------------------------------------
