I have a huge warehouse of over 2000 and it just takes me a little time to get to them. In the event you purchase without an actual photo and it is damaged., etc., I would just cancel the order before shipment. I strive to be extremely reasonable and fair in all transactions.

PLEASE READ entire description and this disclosure as many molds are manufactured in sets ie. a number plus “A”, “B”, “C”, etc. or : OR in many cases different numbers altogether.

UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED I sell all of my molds separately for many reasons. ONE is for people looking for replacement parts and TWO, these molds tend to be so heavy and large, and cannot be shipped together anyway.

All shipments have INSURANCE. In the event there is breakage, I will file a claim being in both of our best interests; neither loose funds. BUT I would ask that you work with me on getting me photos of damages including boxes.

I have over 2000 molds I am cataloging and listing as I can.

I have a PDF list I can share if interested of what I have put together so far.

BUYER pays all shipping costs.

I will do my best to refund any shipping overages.

I typically do not require immediate payment for this reason and for combined shipping. Once you commit to buy, I will package everything up and can send you a revised invoice that will most likely, have a reduced shipping amount. Otherwise, I will refund shipping overages once you receive the item undamaged, etc., to rule out any claims.

I can also look into other shipping choices for you if you send me your address ahead of time, etc.

RETURNS: I do not offer “returns” on the CERAMIC MOLDS (unless other-wise stated). I offer REFUNDS. I WILL EXPLAIN WHY BELOW: All items are insured and should there be any damage, WE (you and I) will be responsible to file the EASY online claim to get your FULL REFUND from the insurance provided by USPS/FEDEX/UPS. I will need you to work with me on getting photos of damages including box and wrapping. Returning the item to me causes 1) extra work on your part to re-package and make a trip to the post 2) loss of time and money in that effort 3) loss of money on my behalf due to non-refunds of return shipments.

If there is a discrepancy in the listing, we will either 1) work it out amicably or 2) open a claim via eBay/PayPal and let them decide.
