We accept any item back within 14 working days of the date of delivery as long as the item is still in the same condition the customer received it in for a refund less the cost of sending the item to you. Please contact us via the eBay messaging service for further information.
In the event that your item is faulty we offer an exchange policy on all items, all you have to do is return the item to our returns address shown below along with the fault you encountered and your ebay user id, item number and postage receipt(copies available from the post office counter) and we will have a replacement sent out to you as soon as one is available.
