Manufactured at the Corona factory in California, the American Performer Jazz Bass offers the authentic tone and feel that only a USA-made Fender can offer, and features modern specs throughout to inspire your performance. Masu.
This model is equipped with two Yosemite (TM) single-coil pickups that produce rich, expressive tones that were developed specifically for the American Performer series.
Yosemite (TM) pickups feature staggered pole pieces without chamfers to achieve high output, and by potting the pickups with shellac solution, he produces a dynamic sound while suppressing feedback.
The American Performer Jazz Bass is also equipped with a Greasebucket(TM) tone circuit that simultaneously attenuates the low range by an appropriate amount when narrowing down the tone, preventing the sound from becoming muddy. The Modern C-shaped neck with a 9.5-inch radius fingerboard is equipped with 20 medium jumbo frets, supporting comfortable playability and expressive performance.
