[Mitsui Iiyama] 1880-1934
Japanese painter.
Born in Kagawa Prefecture.
His first name was Aki, his character was Zikiyo, his common name was Saijiro, and his other name was Chikufuken Master. He first studied Nanga with Toichiohyo in Oita, and later studied under Tanomura Naoiri in Kyoto.
He became a member of the Japan Nanga Association and formed the Japan Nanga Academy with Keisen Ikeda, Shuson Kono, and others.
Passed away in 1934 at the age of 53.

Condition is standard.
There are some stains on the paper.
