Nice arrowhead with Native American Chief and pony clutch-back lapel or hat pin.  This pin is by Siskiyou Gifts, Inc, and is copyright 1992 with a stamped number of 2001.  Not sure if that is production date or serial number.  This pin is pewter, almost 1” and used.  But please refer to the images for the actual condition, however.  Buyer to pay $1.50 shipping and handling (plus any desired insurance) if in the US and $3.00 if outside the US.
