I think the Makers Backstamp on these is Cooper Brothers - see photos

These show a family or maybe military insignia / crest

These bear Crest / insignia of an arrow with two wings

Other identical identical pattern and maker pieces I have currently listed have same crest but also bear the name Brooking - see my other listings

I am uncertain. Of origin but this is most likely family or military insignia ??

Pre-owned antique condition. These do show plating wear and tear - mostly on backs of bowls ‘ forks Etc
