Klemens Wenzel Nepomuk Lothar, Prince of Metternich-Winneburg zu Beilstein[nb] (15 May 1773 – 11 June 1859), known as Klemens von Metternich (German: [ˈkleːmens fɔn ˈmɛtɐniç]) or Prince Metternich, was a conservative Austrian statesman and diplomat who was at the center of the European balance of power known as the Concert of Europe for three decades as the Austrian Empire's foreign minister from 1809 and Chancellor from 1821 until the liberal Revolutions of 1848 forced his resignation.

Կլեմենս Վենցել Լոտար Մետեռնիխ (գերմ.՝ Klemens Wenzel Lothar von Metternich-Winneburg-Beilstein, մայիսի 15, 1773, Կոբլենց, Electorate of Trier, Սրբազան Հռոմեական կայսրություն - հունիսի 11, 1859, Վիեննա, Ավստրիական կայսրություն), իշխան, ավստրիական պետական գործիչ և դիվանագետ։ 1809-1821 թվականներին եղել է արտաքին գործերի նախարար և փաստորեն ավստրիական կառավարության ղեկավարը, 1821-1848 թվականներին՝ կանցլեր։ Մետեռնիխը ջանացել է Ավստրիային վերադարձնել նապոլեոնյան պատերազմներում կորցրած հողերը։ 1812 թվականին Ֆրանսիայի (որը պատրաստվում էր Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատերազմի) հետ կնքել է դաշնակցային պայմանագիր։ Ռուսաստանում Նապոլեոնի պարտությունից հետո հանդես է եկել «հաշտարար միջնորդության» առաջարկով՝ ձգտելով այդ միջնորդությունն օգտագործել ի շահ Հաբսբուրգների։ Մեծ դեր է խաղացել Վիեննայի կոնգրեսում 1814-1815)։ Մետեռնիխը Սրբազան դաշինքի գլխավոր կազմակերպիչներից էր։ Այսպես կոչված մետեռնիխյան սիստեմը ուղղված էր բոլոր երկրներում հեղափոխական, լիբերալ և ազգային-ազատագրական շարժման դեմ։ 1848-1849 թվականների հեղափոխության սկզբին Մետեռիխը․փախել է Ավստրիայից, 1851 թվականին վերադարձել է, սակայն ակտիվ մասնակցություն չի ունեցել քաղաքական կյանքին:
