HOW IT WORKING:
This electric hot plate has the power protection function, each gear stops working when it reaches a certain temperature.
For example,
The 1st gear: it will stop working when the temperature reaches 50 degrees, and it will start working again when the temperature goes down.
The 5th gear, it will stop working when the temperature reaches 300 degrees, and it will start working again when the temperature goes down.
● The temperature mentioned above is refers to the temperature on the surface of heating plate, not your container.
● It takes a little time for the surface temperature to reach your container. How quickly the time needs, it depends on the material, volume, and the bottom shape of your container.
● Metal container is advised, rather than ceramics containers.
