This device has a cracked housing and has not passed all quality assurance testing due to a faulty touchscreen. The touchscreen has a dead spot on the screen. All other functions passed testing, including facial recognition. There are small cracks near the keys N and M, and on the top of the front camera. There is a missing part of the housing near the volume buttons. The device could have some parts replaced (e.g. back cover, palm rest, screen), therefore serial numbers could vary. The cosmetic condition has been classed as Fair. For a cosmetic condition refer to the grading details stated below.

Grade C - Fair - The device will have significant signs of wear and tear. Please expect deep scratches, scuffs, dents and/or discolouration. The device will not include a charger or any vital accessories.

Our price includes UK delivery. Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12pm on a weekday or at the weekend will be shipped the following working day. All products are shipped from the United Kingdom.

New and used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days since purchase.
