We use a blend of neem, rosemary and lemongrass blended with diatomaceous earth. Rosemary works as a natural repellent, neem contains properties that also works as a natural repellent and will kill those pests after long exposure, lemongrass mixed with rosemary gives a double dose of repellent, and finally all blended with diatomaceous earth that kills by dehydration. When these pests come into contact with the diatomaceous earth the powder actually cuts the exoskeleton and sucks water out of their bodies and they die in a very short amount of time. No toxic chemicals, no poisoning and very safe for your rabbit and ferret. This herbal blend also works well in the bedding area of your pet.
This powder also kills mites so adding a very small amount (a pinch of it) in the ear area and rub in very gently. (use very small amount). For mites, repeat daily for 7 days.
Ritual on how to use this powder for your rabbit and ferret is on the label. Use from neck to tail area. Do not apply on the head or use near nose and mouth.
