This is an older boys size class ice Ralph Lauren brand quality swim trunks / board shorts with the net mesh liner.  They are a wide stripe sewn layers with a fun plaid wait band fabric. An outside string tie and hook & latch features are on the front fly and the cargo pocket closure. There are 2 waist slit pockets and  one side cargo pocket. A screen printed seagull and ocean graphic is on one leg. (MSRP $49.50 - that perforated part on the store tag has come off)
