VERY GOOD RECORDS!!!  The records are in very good condition with some scrapes and scuffs that cause minor background noise.  The cover has a well-worn appearance and feel including a couple small partial seam splits.  The plain white inner sleeves have a couple partial seam splits and a previous owner has written the song lists from each record on the inner sleeves.
