Selling things for my brother and sister-in-law, retired after owning an Indiana antique store for more than 40 years. Have moved to a smaller house and are selling their own collections.
There are 2 CRACKED Glass Flue Covers.Larger is an 9 1/2", with beaded edges, marked Made in Germany on back. The litho inside shows a pink-cheeked woman in a riding outfit, with one arm on her white horse and feeding it an apple with the other hand. Glass is cracked from long ago; has a piece of old cellophane tape across it.
The edging is ridged.
Smaller is This is an 7 5/8" flue cover, unmarked The litho inside shows a classic Greek or Roman scene with a man and woman. Glass is cracked from long ago; has a piece of old cellophane tape across it.
Someone has taped an auction listing on the back.
