Shipping

Your tracking number will be uploaded to your purchase history within 3-5 business days after placing your order. 

Please note that during Korean holidays and weekends, it may take an additional day or two. 

Once payment is made, your delivery address cannot be changed to ensure safety and prompt delivery. 

To ensure a safe and efficient delivery, we require your specific address and phone number.

Customs

- Customs Tax

As per eBay's policy, customs tax, duty, VAT, and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

If your local customs assess customs tax, duty, VAT, brokerage fees, or handling fees, it is your obligation to 

cover these expenses. Before making a purchase, we recommend checking your local customs policy. 

We will do our best to assist with tax or duty-related matters based on your request. 

If you reject a package due to custom tax or duty, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and a 10% 

restocking fee (of the total price).

 - Package Held in Local Customs

If your package is held in your local customs, please get in touch with your local customs and the courier 

service (Fedex/DHL/Post Office). If you require documents to facilitate customs clearance, contact us

 through eBay messages, and we will provide the necessary documents after consulting with our courier. 

In the event of a package being returned due to refusal to pay customs tax or unsuccessful delivery 

(e.g., insufficient address information, no recipient available, etc.), you will need to cover all shipping 

costs and a 10% fee (based on the total price).

- Return Policy

You can return items to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Before returning a product, please contact

 us immediately via eBay messages so our customer service team can assist you further. 

Refunds are subject to the following conditions

1. Conditions for Full Refund (Shipping Cost Deducted)

All accessories must be unused, and all accessory packages must be unopened.
All items must be intact and undamaged (except for manufacturing defects).
Items must be in good condition with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.

2. Conditions for Refund with Restocking Fee (Item Price Plus Shipping Cost Deducted)

Some accessories were used, and all accessory packages were opened.
Some items were damaged (except for manufacturing defects).
Any missing parts or damaged items will result in the return being rejected.
Only manufacturing defects are accepted as the reason for return.
Refunds will be processed after receiving the returned product.
