An original 12.5 inch belt pulley for a Singer treadle sewing machine.  Designed for the round o-ring shaped drive "belt" that delivered power from the treadle to the sewing machine it's self.

Has the offset "finger" that makes slipping  the belt on and off easier.  1/2 inch opening for the shaft that the pulley rotated on.
