Please note that if the product cannot be delivered due to size constraints, we will charge a delivery and return fee. If delivery is unsuccessful for any reason and must be rescheduled, we will also charge an additional delivery fee.

DAMAGES HANDLING

If upon delivery/assembly an item is found to be damaged/faulty or missing please do inform us within 24hrs of delivery. Images and/or further details may be required.

We are always happy to resolve any problem as soon as we are notified.

For missing or faulty parts upon delivery replacements for these will be dispatched. When required, a full exchange of an item may be offered.

If we are unable to provide a replacement or exchange within a reasonable time, then a full collection & refund will be offered.

In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.

All items should be returned as they arrived to you - in their original packaging and must not have been assembled and must be sent back safely.

Once back with us, items will be inspected and the full refund issued.
