It has a eye piece with a focusing ring attached to the body is the light post where the classic max light fits for the lightening of the tube with the objective lens with a small rubber cap. and tips to clean lenses are included in this kit. Machinist use the 7 inch Borescope to see internal burrs and fix them while at the same time checking placement of internal features and set ups to see how machines and materials are running.

Gunsmiths use the 17 inch tube which IS NOT included in this kit but available online. It helps improve accuracy by inspecting bores of new rifles. It locates the copper, carbon and lead fouling after firing. This helps see the reason for the firearm not working in the right way.
