Hello new friends and readers! I'm Elizabeth Schart but my friends call me Beth. I started writing children's books while teaching 3rd grade. Whenever I gave my students a journal writing topic, I wrote right along with them and that's where my books began. Fan fiction: When I was teaching, my students and I often used books as a starting point for writing together in the classroom. I'm not teaching anymore and one of the things I miss most is creating and sharing stories with children of every age!
