This beautiful Gothic piece is clearly the top section of a larger cabinet. However, it works beautifully alone as a dresser box or a shrine cabinet. The hidden doors for the cabinet are very nice and slide without binding. This piece is from France and dates to the late 1800's. It is in classic Gothic revival style with intricate carvings throughout. It is made from solid oak and finished very dark. Overall this cabinet is in very good antique condition with only minor nicks and scratches. Note that there are also some stains on the deck of the piece (see photos). Dimensions: 50" tall, 61" wide and 11" deep.
