This protection plan can be for any device you already own, or for one you purchase with us.
Our protection plan warranties come with a legal contract, which is required for this purchase. This legal contract ensures customers of their rights, property, protection, repairs, replacements, and refunds if purchased from us. All our plans include free unlimited tech support for any device or issue, which can be done by phone, chat, email, video, etc.
Our plans are not for products that have a manufacturing warranty, so your device that you intend to purchase this for must not have a current manufacturing warranty on it.
Our protection plan warranties cover your item in the instance of damage and defect, including accidental and intentional damages. We can get away with protecting intentional damages, because we have no way to determine if an item was damaged by accident, or intentional, or by someone else, or simply by a factory defect. Yes, that's right! We offer 100% full protection! If we are unable to offer a replacement item, we will repair your device, and the cost of the protection plan covers that repair service! In certain situations and circumstances, we may feel it better to provide a full refund of an item, if the item was purchased from us, which is covered as well! We require the return of the product when seeking a full refund, so we may repair and resell the unit as refurbished.
Our sale of this service, again requires a legal contract, which requires the buyer to be a legal adult to legally consent to the terms and conditions. All contract signing and term agreements will be rendered through eBay messaging system. Your physical copy of the warranty will be supplied by mail, unless you chose the free shipping method which is a consent for a digital-only copy. We use a third party platform to design the physical copy, to prevent copying and forgery, using a variety of indentations, grooves, barcodes, and designs.
In the instance the warranty protection plan is used on a device, we require the customer of the warranty protection plan to cover 50% of shipping to us, and 50% shipping back to them after the repair of their item (or replacement if purchased from us, or is we have a duplicate in stock and not purchased from us). This will be done by us supplying the shipping label to you vie eBay messaging system, and after repair, customer will be required to pay for return shipping for their product back.
We are insured with Geico's General Liability Business Insurance, meaning that your property is protected and insured while under our care and repair. We also have additional insurance with Progressive for your property if we ever have to transport it in a vehicle, those goods are 100% protected during transport. Transportation of your goods will rarely-to-never occur, but in some cases we may need to bring a device in to a retailer tech company for a specific part. So not only is your equipment covered in our terms and conditions with us in our care under your warranty protection plan purchase, but you have additional coverage of your property by a third party, so rest assured, you don't have to worry about damages, thefts, accidents, or mistakes while in our care!
Our product protection plans can also be gifted to others, and activated at any time. We use the identifiers on the warranty when contacting us to activate and register a specific device to that specific warranty!

Our refund policy for our warranty protection plans and memberships (applies to both digital and physical copies):
"We allow a 50% refund (minus shipping costs) within 1/8th of the duration of your protection plan or membership validity, a 25% refund (minus shipping costs) within 1/4th of the duration of your warranty protection plan or membership validity, a 12.5% refund (minus shipping costs) within 1/2 of the duration of your protection plan or membership validity, and a 6.25% refund (minus shipping costs) at the end of the validity period. Customer is required to contact for refund, refunds are not automated, and seller will not automatically refund, including at the end of the period, unless customer contacts and requests their partial refund. If 30 days have lapsed the end of the validity period and customer has not requested partial refund, then refund privileges have been voluntarily waived by purchaser. Refunds/partial refunds are only available in the instance the warranty protection plan or membership was not used in any way, including but not limited to the free tech support perk. Free tech support perk with purchase, is defined as any technical support rendered in any way, outside the capacity of customer care regarding the purchase and sale of the item.
