• We offer FREE shipping via PRIORITY AIR MAIL TRACKED & SIGNED on all orders! 
• Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive you items between 15 and 25 days from dispatch. However, the shipping might take up to 40 days in some extreme cases.
• In the very unlikely event that your item is lost during the transportation process, then We are fully responsible and will issue either a full refund or an equivalent replacement based on the buyer's choice.

• Our policy expires within 30 days, after this period you wont be able to return the product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund, return nor exchange.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.
• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake. In this case,  We will pay for shipping replacement back to you if an exchange is requested.
