Now one of the leading graphic artists in the United States, Arnold Alaniz began his artistic career at the University of Wisconsin, where he earned his B.A. and M.F.A. A veritable “jack-of-all-trades,” Alaniz is a master of etching, stone lithography, and mylar lithography, all of which required Alaniz to have a refined sense of color. Though he an expert printmaker, Alaniz is also a renowned landscape painter, and his work has been displayed in numerous international shows.
