This does power on and comes the screen says:

“Place system disk in drive.

Press any key when ready.”

Not tested beyond this.

The battery was not tested

Original Toshiba power cord/pack included as well as the original Toshiba soft case which is in great condition, just a little dusty. Overall the laptop is clean and physically in nice condition for age.
