There are about 8 tiny bulbs on his hat & upper body.  Only 2-3 of them light up consistently when turned on.  Some of the others come on occasionally - not sure if this is a short in the wiring, or just bad bulbs.  He's cute just as he is - even if he doesn't always light up!

Will not come with batteries. (He needs 2 AA's...)
