1969 Owens Concorde 40 ft cabin cruiser.  Molded fiberglass hull.  Located in the hull, fore to aft, are half-raised sleeping berths, galley, and dining area with head to starboard, engine compartment and generator compartment.  Main deck interior pilot station and living area.  Atop main deck is 8 x 12 foot flying bridge (currently in storage) with complete navigation controls, convertible top, and furniture. All deck hardware is stainless steel and toerails and hand rails are teak.
