With over 20 years professional cheffing experience Paul brings an understanding of cooking principles and tips but in a home steam or combi steam oven rather than a restaurant kitchen. Linda is a passionate home cook. After trying to follow a recipe from the manufacturer, Linda knew that she needed help with her new Combi Steam Oven, as the results were a disaster. Cooking with Steam was created out a desire to help other home cooks feel confident with their steam or combi steam ovens.
