Here is a Vintage Toshiba 14" FST Blackstripe Gaming/TV Monitor. The model number is SC484C. It is in very good condition. It powered up and screen lit up when turned on. There is a remote control that fits inside the monitor that comes with it as well.  Diagonally, the screen is 14". The glass screen made to cover the unit is 19" diagonally. There are two built in speakers at the sides on the front. It measures 14 1/2" wide x 14 1/2" tall x 16" deep. There is a convenient built in carry handle. It is a heavy item weighing in at 34 1/2 lbs. so shipping costs will reflect that fact.
