Here is President Warren Harding on a 2-cent black postage stamp. You would have thought he deserved at least a 20-cent stamp, but not those who gave him this honor.

I don't know much about his presidency,  but this stamp is fair to very good, depending on how you look at it.  It has no rips or tears, but there is this heavy black "fancy" cancellation that was used at the time. The ink even bled through the heavy cotton fiber the stamp was constructed with. But this used stamp is priced to move.
