Beautiful three piece vintage tea set consists of tea pot, sugar no creamer, made by Meriden & company by/for Rogers Bros.   Marked on bottom as shown, with number 4619 and Made in U.S. America.  The pieces have a really lovely decoration of vining roses on a brick wall, very sweet, but understated.  Very pretty when polished nicely.  The sugar has a small dent as shown, and the foot of the pot does not sit quite flat but that could be remedied if desired.
