Large silver plated posy bowl by Ian Heath Birmingham , measures 11cm high diameter 16cm, good condition ,green felt base is quite worn which can be seen in the photos, complete with flower holder, the makers mark can be seen in the photos which reads IANTHE Made In England, this is from the late sixties
