Beautiful  19c Antique Authentic  "PERSSIAN" Rug. Looks and feels great. A real pleasure to walk on as it still has plenty of soft & silky pile left.

Measures approx 5 ft. 8 1/2 inches X 4 ft. 1 inch.

100% Hand made 100% Wool - Not a perfect shape. Sophisticated & Classy design combo. Displays beautifully.

Outstanding Geometric  kazak designs and traditional Perssian blues/pinks colors.  Natural abrash present. Close up pics provided to see the length of wool. Very very supple, floppy type of rug with medium low even pile throughout. Can be used as a table cover. Tapestry.

Close up pics of wear and old damage seen with most wear and lower pile in the middle area. Minor but pointed out. Also note corner chips. Both are secured to prevent unraveling.

It is considered to be in good condition for its age. I was told could be 1900's - 1920's era

NO major holes, NO stains. Some tiny fingertip hole where wear is present.

Selvages are in original condition some common minor loose threads. No major issues. Heads on both sides are original and in good condition. Both Heads are secured to prevent unraveling.

Use mag glass if needed. Made to last another 100 years.

Professionally cleaned and ready to used. Photos have been provided both indoors/outdoors to compare color difference in direct CA sunshine Vs. Indoor low lighting.
