RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE 

OF YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER FOLLOWING CONDITIONS : 

• The device along with the accessories in the box returned in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

• The item must be returned through a track-able service. The cost of the return delivery to be paid by the customer. Refund to be paid through the original payment method.

• Any fault with the item must be reported immediately. Before placing for a Return or Claim please ensure that the phone is in its original wear and there are no signs of physical and water damage.

• Any attempts made to open the phone due to it not being able to function will end the duration of the return policy.

• Battery tolerance depends on personal usage.

• We hold the right to turn down any false claim.
