It's an executive toy for a golf loving lady. At least the figures look female to me.  We'll made nice metal figures with velvet style base. Wooden box with satin effect interior. There are four golfers and four golf balls whereas I suspect there should be five of each so you could play the game but not the winning move. I guess someone took one of each for an ornament which is what grey are really. Anyway have a look!! Box us about 6 inches square
