The metal looks like Copper over Brass, but it's Magnetic, so I'm not sure what metal it's made from. Some age darkening to the metal, mostly on the back. I don't know when it was made, these are probably sold at gift shops for Museums or Souvenir shops. It Is NOT from 1904, although that is stamped on the front.
