I give up trying to identify these.  I do not believe they are Hazel Atlas Crinoline because I've not seen any Crinoline with this pebble texture, which appears top and bottom on these.

They're clean and damage free.

There is a really faint color along the rim.  It could be a consequence of how it was manufactured, but it is consistent along 360°on both of the saucers, so I'm thinking it was by design.

They're pretty, they do feel old.
