THINKCAR G2 is unable to recognize and activate TPMS sensors from other brands. (★We sell matching S3 sensors)
The blank tire pressure sensor is also unrecognizable.
You need to use G2 or T90 to program the sensor to the vehicle model you need, and then activate it.

2in1 S3-Sensor Bullet Points:

【98% Vehicle Coverage Limited S3 Inventory】An easy-to-use and cost-effective necessity for any shop performing TPMS repairs, the THINKCAR S3 sensor inventory solution with 98% vehicle coverage eliminates the need for distributors to carry the hundreds of sensors to fulfill shop orders. On the shop level, needing only 1-Sensor to service nearly every TPMS equipped vehicle means lower repair cost and higher install efficiency.

【Maximum Signal Strength Wireless Programming】The extraordinary sensor signal strength allows THINKCAR S3 to be easily programmed wirelessly even when the sensors have already been mounted to the wheel. And with strong signal strength, now up to 16 sensors can be programmed in one session with THINKCAR latest TPMS tools. THINKCAR S3 is 100% clone-able. No relearn is required when the S3-Sensor is cloned with the original sensor ID and put in the same position.

【Superior Battery Reliability Lower Sensor Weight】With the highest quality materials and advanced TPMS technology, THINKCAR S3-Sensor provides superior battery life and reliability, to match OE sensor battery performance. The S3-Sensor body weighs only 29g, making it significantly lighter than most sensors in the market, which ensures better sensor stability and performance.

【SAE Tested & Certified Strict Quality Control】THINKCAR high-quality MX-Sensor is tested and certified to meet SAE industry standard J2657 testing. THINKCAR guarantees S3-Sensor are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months or 31,000 miles, whichever option comes first. Each THINKCAR S3 has a series number for assuring quality control. The series number is imprinted on the sensor or can be read with THINKCAR TPMS tools. With the series number, THINKCAR can track the sensor quality from our factory manufacturing to ensure only the highest quality parts are installed.

【THINKCAR S3 Exclusive Press Release Interchangeable Valve Stems】The patented press release valve design allows interchangeable rubber and metal valves to be easily replaced in the same sensor head by hand, with no valve fitting tool required. Simply click in and press out. Installing TPMS sensors has never been so easy.

Five Reasons to Choose THINKCAR S3-Sensors:

1. Covering 98%of all OE sensors on the market

2. 2 sensor types to reduce inventory (two valve types available)

3. Wireless sensor programming with THINKCAR TPMS service tools

4. 100%ID clone-able sensor with no re-learn required

5. Independently tested and certified to meet SAE standards

Safety Instructions

Any maintenance and repair work must be carried out by trained experts. Failure to do so may result in the failure of the TPMS sensor. THINK CAR does not assume any liability in case of faulty or incorrect installation of the unit.

CAUTION

When mounting/dismounting the wheel, follow the operation guideline of the wheel changer manufacturer strictly.

Do not race with the vehicle on which the LTR-01 RF sensor is mounted, and always keep the drive speed under 240km/h.

To guarantee optimal performance, the sensors may only be installed with original valves and accessories provided by THINK CAR.

Make sure to program the sensors using the THINK CAR-specific TPMS tool prior to installation.

Do not install programmed TPMS sensors in damaged wheels.

After installing the TPMS sensor, test the vehicle’s TPMS following the steps described in the original manufacturer’s user manual to confirm proper installation.

Components & Controls

Technical Parameters

When replacing or servicing the sensor, please only use the original valves and accessories provided by THINK CAR to ensure proper sealing. It is mandatory to replace the sensor if it is external damage. Always remember to tighten the nut to the correct torque of 4N•m.

Installation Steps

1.Loosening the tire

Remove the valve cap and nut and deflate the tire. Use the bead loosener to break the tire bead.

Caution: The bead loosener must be facing the valve.

2.Dismounting the tire

Clamp the tire on the tire changer, and adjust the valve at 1 o’clock to the tire fitting head. Use the tire tool to dismount the tire bead.

Caution: Always observe this starting point during the whole dismounting process.

3.Dismounting the sensor

Remove the cap and nut from the valve stem, and then remove the sensor assembly.

4.Mounting the sensor and throttle

Step 1. Remove the cap and nut from the valve stem.

Step 2. Place the valve stem through the valve hole of the rim, ensuring the sensor body is located on the inside of the rim. Assemble the nut back on the valve stem with a torque of 4N•m, then tighten the cap.

Caution: Make sure that the nut and cap are installed on the outside of the rim.

5.Remounting the tire

Place the tire on the rim, and ensure that the valve starts on the opposite side of the rim from the tire fitting head. Mount the tire over the rim.

Caution: Strictly follow tire changer manufacturer’s instructions to mount the tire.
